This was the first piece of artwork ever commissioned by Street Sects. It was intended to be the cover of "Gentrification I", as you can see from the pink rose next to a fallen Lizzy. It was painted by Thad Morgan. This is a beautiful painting, photos don't do it justice. However, before the single was pressed, Leo Ashline (who conceptualizes all of SS artwork) decided that a more minimalist, German expressionist, stark graphic novel style would be more suited to the bands sound, so a second commission was given to A.J. Garces, and his illustration became the final cover. This is a large, heavy painting. The hammer in the photo is to show scale. Acrylic on wood. It is not a print. It is the only one in existence.
